Arthur is a well-known face around the Mackay region, having worked as an Agribusiness Banking Manager with the National Australia Bank in the Mackay and Rockhampton regions for two decades.

Prior to joining QCS, Deborah worked in the sugar industry in various roles, most recently as Marketing Officer in Mackay Sugar. Deborah has a great appreciation of cane farming and sugar production, with formal qualifications in sugar chemistry. Deborah’s family are third-generation cane farmers in the Mackay region.
